You can request deletion of your Up! account and all associated data here — no need to have the app installed.

If you still have Up! installed, open your Profile and choose “Delete Account.” Your account and data are removed immediately — no waiting, no email needed.

Enter the email address linked to your Up! account. To protect your account, we'll reply to that address to confirm the request — deletion goes ahead only after you confirm. Verified requests are processed within 30 days, usually within a few days.

The only thing we may keep: if you reported another user, the report is retained in anonymized form (no longer linked to you) so we can keep moderating content. Nothing that identifies you remains.
